The transformational leaders had already  existed long before. The new generations are being challenged to strive for better individual worthy for emulation. To have good intention to public service is a good step towards better change. People around have a common sense ; a human insticnt that detects  a person who has a good intention or not. Transformational leaders have a very strong character to face the challenges in the battles. The battles can be  referred to  poverty, seek for fairness, cry for truth and many other situations that needs to be transformed .As the leaders perform their tasks ,it's not enough to be intelligent but more on having positive personal attributes; character bulds a man.
